About the role
Location: Los Angeles, CA (In-Office) | Full-time About the Job
The Role
LettrLabs is disrupting a $30B industry by uniting AI with tangible marketing. When a storm hits, our platform geo-locates to zip code, activates direct mail campaigns in minutes, and tracks every conversion back to digital, driving 5x return on conversions and 3x year-on-year growth for our customers. Our best growth comes through the platforms, brands, and distributors our customers already trust. As Director of Partnerships, you will build and run those relationships end to end. You will find the right partners, structure the deal, and then make the partnership produce revenue: new customers, more spend from existing customers, and faster onboarding through integrations. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, and you will be measured on pipeline and spend delivered through partners, not on the number of partnerships signed.
Why Join Us
Own a new, high-leverage growth channel with direct, measurable revenue impact.
Shape the partnership strategy and playbooks for a fast-growing company from the ground up.
Work with a product that works: AI-triggered direct mail tied back to digital and tracked to conversion, with results partners can show their own customers.
Work directly with the CRO and the go-to-market team where your work ships fast and results are visible.
Competitive compensation with meaningful equity upside.
Success in This Role Looks Like
Partner Origination. You will source and close new partnerships that align with LettrLabs' business objectives. These can come via inbound enquiry, are fostered at in-person events like tradeshows, and via referrals to agencies from direct customers
Drive scaled spend and engagement with partners' end customers. Where a partner facilitates a relationship with its end customers (for example, a manufacturer's dealer or contractor network), you build scaled programs that activate those end users on our platform and drive their spend, and you broker the hand-off between those customers and our sales team.
End to end partner relationships . Complete channel ownership. You own communication and coordination across the channel from initiating relationships to enablement and growth of customer base and spend.
Revenue driven directly from partners. Partners themselves spend on our platform, and that spend grows quarter over quarter.
Partner enablement materials that exist and get used. Collateral, case studies, co-branded content, and website content that explains the value of each partnership are built, current, and in partners' hands.
Product and pricing shaped for partners. You work with Product to define what the platform needs so partner-sourced customers spend more, and with the CRO and Finance to develop pricing models that attract partners and their customers to spend on our platform.
A go-to-market team that knows how to serve partners. As you acquire partners and drive spend, Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and Marketing are trained and enabled to support partners and their customers at every segment: SMB, mid-market, and enterprise.
What You Will Own
Partner Strategy and Sourcing
Define the partnership strategy and priorities across our two focus segments: marketing agencies (serving home services businesses, e-commerce brands, and non-profits), and home service manufacturer co-op programs.
Build a target list, score partners on audience fit, reach, and revenue potential, and decide where to invest first.
Source and open conversations with executive decision makers at partner organizations, and own those relationships over time.
Anchor Partnership and Deal Structure
Maximize the value of our existing relationship with a large manufacturer partner and its end customers, and use it as the model for the partnerships that follow.
Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, including pricing, co-marketing, co-op reimbursement, and revenue terms, working with the CRO, Finance, and Legal.
Define success metrics and a pilot plan before launching any new partnership.
Revenue and End-Customer Engagement
Drive spend directly from partners and track pipeline, activations, and spend delivered through each one.
For partners that facilitate access to their end customers, build scaled engagement programs (campaigns, templates, co-op offers, onboarding paths) that activate those end users on our platform and grow their spend.
Facilitate the hand-off between partners' end customers and our sales team, so qualified demand lands with the right rep in the right segment.
Run regular business reviews with strategic partners and fix what is not working.
Partner Enablement and Content
Build the supporting materials partners need: collateral, case studies, co-branded content, and pitch materials.
Partner with Marketing to develop website content that explains the value of each partnership to prospective customers and partners.
Product and Pricing
Work with Product to define the product needs that help partner-sourced customers spend more, and keep partner technical contacts aligned on integrations where relevant.
Work with the CRO and Finance to develop pricing models that attract partners and their customers to spend on our platform.
Internal Training and Enablement
Train and enable Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and Marketing on how to engage partners and their customers when they come in ready to spend, whether SMB, mid-market, or enterprise.
Work closely with the VP of Customer Success, the CRO, the Director of Account Management, and sales leadership to define each team's role in supporting partners and their customers.
Document repeatable playbooks for sourcing, evaluating, signing, launching, and managing partners.
Leverage AI and Operational Tools
Use Claude and other AI tools daily to research partners, prepare proposals, draft outreach, and analyze results.
