Role Trackr is the company behind Shep, an AI job search agent. Every night Shep finds roles that fit you, explains why, and gets your resume, follow-ups and prep ready. It keeps your applications current from your inbox. It does the work while you sleep.

Founded by Joe Ham, who spent ten years running sales teams. Shep's directory holds 2,000+ company job boards on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workable. Every night it reads a rotating set for each target, plus every company you watch, keeps the roles that fit, tailors a resume for the best new match, and writes the follow-up when a role goes quiet. Nothing goes to another person until you say send.
