Why we built Role Trackr
Our founder was fresh off a layoff, drowning in spreadsheets and losing track of which recruiter they messaged and which company ghosted them. With a sales-management background, they realized job searching is basically running your own personal sales pipeline — and adapted their SDR playbooks for the hunt.
