What does every plan include?
Every plan includes all of Role Trackr — application tracking, email automation, ATS resume optimization, AI interview prep, and task management. There are no feature tiers.

Do all paid plans include the same features?
Yes. Monthly, quarterly, and yearly all include the complete Role Trackr system with every paid feature unlocked. The only thing that changes is how often you’re billed.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial, and you won’t need a credit card to start. It doesn’t auto-convert into a paid plan, so there’s no surprise charge waiting on day 15.
What can I do during the free trial?
Track roles, manage contacts, build follow-up workflows, use templates, and access supported AI tools, all with your actual search. Every trial includes 100 AI tokens. Gmail integration and 300 monthly AI tokens come with a paid plan.
How do AI tokens work?
Tokens are used when Role Trackr generates or improves supported content, like outreach drafts, application materials, and interview prep. Trials include 100 tokens; paid accounts get 300 every month, which covers most people.
Does Role Trackr send emails without my approval?
No. It helps you prepare drafts, organize timing, and build follow-up sequences, but you stay in control of your communication. You review and approve anything that gets sent.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts and no hidden cancellation fees. You can keep access through the end of your current billing period, or end it immediately when you cancel.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Nothing dramatic. Your trial ends and you choose whether to continue with a monthly, quarterly, or yearly plan. You won’t be charged automatically.
Can I get a refund?
