About the role

Who We Are At Pave, we're building the industry’s leading compensation platform, combining the world's largest real-time compensation dataset with deep expertise in AI and machine learning. Our platform is perfecting the art and science of pay to give 9,000+ companies unparalleled confidence in every compensation decision. Top tier companies like OpenAI, McDonald’s, Instacart, Atlassian, Affirm, Ericsson, Synopsys, Stripe, Doordash, Fanatics, Databricks, and Waymo use Pave, transforming every pay decision into a competitive advantage. $190+ billion in total compensation spend is managed in our workflows, and 80% of Forbes AI 50 use Pave to benchmark compensation. The future of pay is real-time & predictive, and we’re making it happen right now. We’ve raised $175M in funding from leading investors like Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Index Ventures, Y Combinator, Insight Partners, Atomico, Venture Partners, and Craft Ventures. About The Team Revenue Enablement is part of Pave's revenue organization and works hand in hand with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success. We make sure everyone who talks to customers understands what we sell and the compensation and total rewards world our customers live in. This is a first-of-its-kind role: you will take a running program and turn it into a measurable one What You'll Do

Own Pave's go-to-market enablement program end to end: onboarding, certification, ongoing training, and the session calendar Build role-based onboarding paths (Solutions Consulting, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success) with clear competency checkpoints Run product launch enablement for every release, including Pave Agent: positioning, demo guidance, objection handling, and known gaps Develop a compensation and total rewards curriculum covering benchmarking, pay philosophy, bands, equity, and planning cycles, and build AI enablement so teams use AI well in their daily work Design on-demand courses and assessments, including scenario-based practice and graded certifications Track and report who has completed what, separating verified completion from self-attested, using the tools we already have Define and report impact: time to ramp, certification rates, and field readiness Partner with Product to turn field feedback and recurring product gaps into clear, prioritized input

What You'll Bring

4+ years of experience in sales or go-to-market enablement, or in an adjacent role such as sales training, product marketing, solutions consulting, and or revenue operations A track record of owning and running an enablement program end to end, including onboarding, ramp, certification, and product training Strong project management and process-building skills, with the ability to bring structure to work that is currently spread across many teams Strong instructional design and facilitation skills, across live sessions and on-demand content A measurement mindset. You define success by outcomes such as ramp velocity, adoption, and conversion, not by content shipped. You are comfortable reviewing recorded customer calls to track how well talk tracks and training are landing. Fluency with AI tools, and the resourcefulness to build effective programs with the tools you have rather than a large budget The ability to partner with Product, Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success as an equal, and to influence senior stakeholders A hands-on, builder’s approach. You are excited to execute and iterate on a program, not just advise on strategy. Experience at a startup or B2B software company, ideally enabling technical or solutions-oriented sellers (preferred) Experience enabling teams through a multi-product launch or transition A product background paired with a go-to-market mindset Working knowledge of compensation, total rewards, HR technology, and or a track record of quickly learning a technical domain Bachelors Degree obtained
