Shep acts only on job email: application confirmations, recruiter replies and interview invites. Every update it finds waits for your tap, and it never sends without your yes.

Connecting is optional and you can disconnect any time. Shep keeps working without it; you confirm applications by hand.

Your resume and the facts you confirm from it, what you told Shep you want, the roles it kept and what you did with them, and every draft it wrote for you. If you connect an inbox, the job email it matched to your applications. If you import your LinkedIn connections, those too.

Shep also keeps a few notes about you from your chats. You can read them, and you can erase them.

Only what you send, when you send it. The one thing that goes from Role Trackr to another person is an email, and it goes when you press send, not before. That holds at every setting.

Shep uses an AI model to read postings, judge fit and write drafts. That work has a monthly limit for each person. At the limit, Shep pauses until the first of the month and says so. It never fakes output.

One button, in Settings. Type delete everything to confirm, and your file, your resume, your history and the login itself are removed right away. No email to wait for.
