General Manager - Physical Security Reports to: Director of Engineering & Services General Manager - Physical Security Overview: We're looking for an experienced Physical Security General Manager who knows how to lead and scale a successful security integration and services business. This is a leadership role for someone who understands that great operations require more than technical expertise. They require strong people leadership, financial discipline, repeatable processes, accountability, and an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to the Director of Engineering & Services, the General Manager will lead the operational side of our Physical Security business, including professional services, project delivery, service and support, break/fix, and sales engineering. This person will be responsible for building the people, processes, standards, and operating discipline necessary to support continued growth while maintaining strong quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. We're looking for someone who understands the complete lifecycle of an integrated physical security solution, from sales engineering and system design through project execution, commissioning, support, service, and eventual system refresh. The right person will be equally comfortable reviewing financial and operational performance, developing leaders, solving complex customer challenges, and working with technical teams in the field. This is a high-impact leadership position with the opportunity to shape how K Group's Physical Security business operates and scales. General Manager - Physical Security Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and create accountability across the Physical Security operations organization, developing strong leaders and clearly defined ownership throughout the team.
