About the role

SpyCloud is on a mission to make the internet a safer place by disrupting the criminal underground. SpyCloud’s solutions thwart cyberattacks and protect more than 4 billion accounts worldwide. Cybersecurity is an exciting, evolving space, and being at the forefront of the fight to disrupt cybercrime makes SpyCloud a special place to work. If you’re driven to align your career with a fantastic mission, look no further! Identity Threat Intelligence is one of the most interesting corners of a crowded market. Every vendor has data. Few can explain why theirs changes what a security team does on Monday morning. As our Product Marketing Manager for the solution area, that explanation is yours to build: why companies should care about SpyCloud, and how we are different. This is a high-growth solution area, and 2027 will bring continued innovation, including more AI-powered investigations. We want someone who knows this world well enough to help define what great looks like, and who can bring our sellers, customers, and partners along on the path to disrupting cybercrime. You do not need to have been a product marketer. If you have spent your career as a threat researcher, CTI analyst, investigator, sales engineer, product manager, or engineer in this space, and you write & present well, we want to talk to you. You will report to our Senior Director of Product Marketing, and partner with Sales, Demand Gen, Content, Customer Success, and Product as regular collaborators. You will be especially close to the Investigations product team, since the people who use Investigations (security teams, fraud analysts, investigators, and threat intelligence professionals) overlap heavily with the audiences you will market to. It is a role with real ownership and plenty of variety. What You'll Do: Read the market

Research how buyers choose and use threat intelligence. Turn customer feedback from calls, advisory programs, and win/loss reviews into messaging and priorities. Identify where SpyCloud is different and state it in terms the field can defend.

Know the competition

Run the competitive intelligence program for your solution area: competitor moves, win/loss patterns, market shifts. Build battlecards, talk points, and objection handling for live deals. Brief Sales, Product, and leadership as the landscape changes.

Sharpen the story

Define why companies should care about SpyCloud and how we are different, for security operations, threat intel, fraud, and identity audiences. Shape AI-powered investigations messaging for users and organizations at different levels of maturity, acceptance, and skepticism. Explain technical capabilities clearly to practitioners and executives. Keep messaging consistent across Identity Threat Intelligence and Investigations, from the UI to the API and MCP.

Launch well

Lead cross-functional GTM for new capabilities, data sets, APIs, and integrations, aligning Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success from planning through adoption. Treat every launch as a cycle, not a date: prepare, launch, measure adoption, gather feedback, adjust, repeat. Support packaging and pricing messaging and xsell/upsell motions.

Equip the field

Own the core content set (our bill of materials): positioning, one-pagers, decks, web copy, blogs, documentation, and demos. Write talk tracks, demo scripts, and discovery guides. Train Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success, and keep materials current.

Fill the pipeline

Work with Demand Gen and Content on campaigns, webinars, and programs that build pipeline. Work with research and threat intel experts on thought leadership that shows what our data can do.

Win buyers, keep Defenders

Shape how SpyCloud engages prospects, from first conversation through evaluation, so they choose to partner with us. Define how we engage existing customers, our Defenders, so they keep getting value and keep partnering with us to disrupt cybercrime.

Scale your expertise with AI

Use AI to scale programs: research, first drafts, content, and messaging tests. Run launches efficiently end to end, using AI where it saves time or raises quality. Track how AI is changing threat intelligence and investigations, and how buyers want to use it. Check AI output for accuracy with internal experts and SMEs before it ships.

Prove what works

Own go-to-market results for the solution area: launch execution, pipeline impact, and growth. Set metrics for each launch and program (pipeline, win rates, adoption, usage, expansion) and report results. Work with Customer Success to find use cases that drive adoption.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with deep working knowledge of threat intelligence or a closely adjacent space, such as digital risk protection, fraud intelligence, identity security, incident response, SOC operations, or digital investigations. Hands-on time in the work: threat researcher, CTI analyst, investigator, SOC or incident response analyst, sales engineer, product manager, engineer, or product marketer. Product marketing experience is welcome, not required. Familiarity with the threat intelligence landscape: the tools, the tech stacks, and how intelligence flows into SIEM, SOAR, TIP, and investigation workflows. Stellar writing and storytelling, and the ability to explain complex topics so a CISO, an analyst, and a seller all get it. Experience enabling others, through training, demos, technical content, or sales support, and a knack for making it stick. Knowledge of how AI is changing threat intelligence, or at least a clear view of how our target buyers use AI and where they want to apply it. You are AI-savvy without being AI-dependent. Familiarity with MCP, APIs, and data platforms, and comfort talking them through with product managers and engineers. Market and competitive curiosity: you can read competitors, win/loss patterns, and market shifts, and explain what they mean fo
