Receipts before resume
Most people sit down to update their resume and realize they can't remember what they did. Build the accomplishments bank first.
"I helped grow revenue" is not a receipt. "$2.3M in net new ARR, 118% of quota, Q3 2023" is a receipt. Pull old performance reviews, Slack threads, 1:1 notes, they're full of specifics you've already forgotten.

[Action verb] + [What you did] + [Measurable result]. Do this for your last 3 roles before you touch the resume formatting.
